Rugged and sturdy, this microscope is ideal for studying biology in the lower grades. Features include coaxial fine and course focusing with a slip-clutch to prevent damage to both the microscope and slides, an LED Rechargeable for illumination, a 3½˝ movable stage which makes it easy for small hands to adjust specimen, all metal construction, a 360° rotatable head, a fixed condenser, 4x, 10x, 40x(R), (R=retractable) achromatic objectives, par-focaled & par-centered, 10x wide field eyepiece with pointer - locked on and mounted at 45º, a revolving triple nose piece with positive click stops, and an adjustable stage stop to prevent slide damage. Mesures 10-1/2˝ high with a 5-3/4˝ x 4˝ base. Choose from Corded Model or Cordless Rechargeable Model. Corded Elementary Compound Microscope Comes complete with a dust cover and instruction manual in styrofoam package.
