Leica® DISTO™ D5 Laser Distance Measurer

Utilizing a high resolution 2.4" digital color Point-finder display and 4x zoom, the DISTO D5 allows you to obtain long distance measurements easily, even in bright sunlight. The integrated tilt sensor (± 45°) captures indirect measurements so that horizontal distance can be calculated even when obstructions are present. The long range mode makes it possible to take longer measurements in the 300 ft. range without a reflective target plate. The DISTO D5’s multifunction end piece allows for corner measurements and access to tight spaces. Shortcut keys and secondary functions calculate the following: area, volume, perimeter, wall area, angle (degrees, slope, in/ft), area of trapezoid, roof slope, rafter length, slope distance, area/perimeter/angles of triangles, indirect tilt sensor measurements, add/subtract values, stake out equal distances, constant memory and last 20 values recall memory, three modes of Pythagoras, time delay, and min/max/continuous. Dust- and splash-proof to IP54 standards. Supplied with a holster, hand loop, 2 AA batteries, manual/safety instructions, and quick start guide.
