For range, inclination, and height. Measures in feet or meters
One-hand, point-and-shoot operation allows you to take distance or height measurements up to 1,885´ (575 meters) in less than a second without reflective targets! Standard ranges for non-reflective targets are: 165´ (50m) to an overhead cable or wood stake; 330´ (100m) to a large pole or stockpile; 495´ (150m) to a tree or utility tower; and 820´ (250m) to a rock face or building. This rugged, waterproof rangefinder also determines traverse lengths or perimeters and applies constant offsets to your measurements or determines the distance between two in-line objects. The user interface displays distances in feet or meters and can convert vertical degrees to percent slope or grads. Other features include a built-in electronic filter that sees through brush; 6-digit, backlit LCD for enhanced visibility; audio and visual indicators to confirm target acquisition; and durable one-piece aluminum housing. An RS232 serial output allows for electronic data storage. Includes mounting plate and carrying case. Waterproof to IP 67 and NEMA 6 standards.
Impulse® 200 LR Laser
The 200 LR offers the same features as the 200 Model but has twice the range capability to low-reflective targets for added versatility. Standard ranges for non-reflective targets are: 330´ (100m) to an overhead cable or wood stake; 655´ (200m) to a large pole or stockpile; 985´ (300m) to a tree or utility tower; and 1,640´ (500m) to a rock face or building.
