Designed for full-featured navigation, these GPS units have large number displays and graphic navigation screens, all easily accessible through Garmin’s user-friendly operating system. Features include a built-in quad helix receiving antenna with remote antenna capability; a backlit display and keypad; a trip computer which provides odometer, stopped time, moving average, overall average, total time, max speed, an area calculation function, and more; permanent user data storage with no memory battery required; built-in celestial tables; and audible alarms for anchor drag, arrival, off-course, proximity waypoint and clock. Plus, each receiver is waterproof and floats! The GPSMAP 76CSx also has a built-in compass and barometric sensor.
